Gentry Scholarships – 2025

The Thomas H. Gentry Scholarship Program was established in 1994 for returning goodwill to the communities Tom Gentry and Gentry Homes built, and continues to build.  Over the past 30 years, $180,000 in scholarships have been awarded to two hundred and fifty three graduates from various high schools including James Campbell, Hale O Ulu, Waipahu, and Pearl City.

Available Scholarships:

• Campbell High School: 2 x $1,000
• Kapolei High School: 2 x $1,000
• Continuing Scholars: 2 x $1,000

Who is eligible:

1. Any Senior attending Kapolei, or Campbell high school who would like to pursue further education at college, community college, trade school, or other acceptable educational program.  We are interested in learning about YOU and your goals!
2. Continuing Scholars:  Those continuing their education who currently live in a Gentry home.

Continuing education may include but is not limited to, pursuing a:

• • • • College degree
      • Community College
      • Technical Institute
      • Apprenticeship
      • Other program acceptable to the scholarship committee.
